Warranty Period:
Hubs: 1 year from the date of purchase
Other Items: 3 months from the date of purchase
Power Banks: 6 months from the date of purchase
What the Warranty Covers:
Defects in materials and workmanship
Manufacturing faults
Malfunctions due to normal use
What is Not Covered by the Warranty:
Damage caused by physical damage, burn, or tamper
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or neglect
Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
Instructions on How to Use the Warranty:
- Contact our customer services team
- Return the defective product with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- We will repair, replace, refund, or exchange the product as deemed necessary
- If there is a manufacturing fault, you can get a refund/ replace within 10 days after receiving the item
Terms that Could Void the Warranty:
- Attempting to remove or alter the serial number or sticker
- Failing to follow the instructions for use and maintenance
- Modifying or repairing the product without authorisation
- PHYSICAL DAMAGE OR BURNS DOES NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY
